The final session of the evening followed our dinner eaten on good china. Most of the following material came from Dannah Gresh's book and retreat materials for and the Bride Wore White: Seven Secrets to Sexual Purity. Dannah uses the examples of a styrofoam cup, a ceramic mug, and a china teacup. God sees us and makes us like china teacups and we should examine our behavior to decide whether we are truly acting in such a way. After the girls checked off which category they fell under for different relationships, we moved into a private time of determining where the line for sexual intimacy should be drawn for each individual. We ended the session with a discussion of comebacks that would help get us out of the heat of the moment with boyfriends. The girls particularly loved the one that Mary Lou had shared via email!
